the housekeeping team displayed very nice integrity. a ring i forgot was found and returned to me. this shows their dedication to guest care. also, the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. the hotel lobby looked beautiful. the lounge area was relaxing with a drink.
the basic rooms seemed a bit dated.

the hotel is located in the city center. getting around is simple, though i noticed that taxis could take about one hour from the airport, with a cost of around rm100, but overall it is accessible.

the staff was cute and helpful i found the concierge attended to my requests promptly and efficiently the gym and pool areas were fantastic i used both facilities extensively . i extend my thanks for the upgrade to the royal suite the suite was spacious and i liked the city skyline views it added a special touch to my visit. i really liked the room service food the fries and satay exceeded my expectations it was very convenient after a long day of meetings.
the basic rooms are a bit dated i noticed this . the water supply stopped briefly one evening it was resolved relatively quickly.

the hotel has a variety of dining options the lemongrass restaurant is recommended it offers quality food and attentive service with a good atmosphere for family dinners. breakfast was extensive with many choices available i particularly appreciated the range of malaysian dishes on offer it was a great way to start the day.

the location is close to the city center it is easy to access the hotel the train station is nearby allowing for convenient travel throughout the city this made exploring the surrounding area simple. while in the city center i had access to a lot of activities.
